The Organization Model
A company is drawn from four primitives: the organization with its board, its departments, the people who do the work, and the AI agents that now act beside them. Each keeps records in its own systems. Fabric is the layer underneath: every record, decision and agent action is a claim that cites what it rests on, so governance can flow down through the whole organization and what is true can flow back up to the board, as of any day.
1. The model
Governance flows down from the board as policies, mandates and approvals; truth flows up through Fabric, every figure the board sees resting on the same claims as the work, whether a person or an agent did it.

2. How the primitives nest

3. One change, reaching the board

4. Without Fabric and with it
Without the layer, the board sees a deck assembled by hand and agents read whatever copy they were given. With it, the board sees each figure and what it rests on, and every agent action carries its basis. Two Companies runs the same company both ways.

5. The AI agents
An agent acts under a mandate a person granted, with a model, instructions, tools and data it was given; those are its basis, as a credential is a person's. Each action cites what it rested on, an action whose basis is in doubt is held at the check, and when the basis changes, a fact withdrawn, a model updated, a tool or a mandate taken back, every action resting on it is recalled. What the Agent Rested On shows it for a company's agents across departments; Agent Memory Recall, Personal Agent Recall and Two Agents, One Truth show it for an agent's memory.
